We are a small and growing intellectual property firm located in downtown San Jose in the heart of Silicon Valley.  We are currently seeking qualified attorneys and agents to provide quality intellectual property services to leading edge technology clients in the areas of semiconductors, communications, and computer software.

The responsibilities of a qualified candidate will primarily include the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Qualified candidates will also have opportunities to prepare and prosecute trademark applications, as well as perform litigation support and patent analysis.

The firm is looking for candidates with undergraduate degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, or physics. The firm is especially interested in candidates that have several years of patent prosecution experience.
